This is more detailed tutorial on the Messages module.
The Messages module has three tabs: Voicemail, Chat, and Settings. The Voicemail tab allows you to view new, saved, and deleted voicemails. Much like the new messages pane in the Home module, you can play, callback, download, forward, save, and delete these messages. The dropdown lets you choose what voicemail bucket to look at.
The Chat tab shows your conversation history. Clicking on a conversation will also give more options such as replying (which opens your chat window), turning off notifications for a particular conversation, and thirdly, deleting conversations from the history.
The third tab is the Settings tab. Greetings and email notification options have been covered in detail in two other articles: greetings and voicemail options. The Inbox settings allow you to customize delivery, including forwarding.
