2. To recover a username or password, click either of the two options on the portal login screen. An email will be sent with reset and recovery instructions. Once the correct username and password has been entered, click "Log in"
Once logged there are 7 modules for every user. There are other articles that go into more detail on each module and what can be accomplished with each. Here is high level break down for each module available:
HOME - The Home module has all recent voicemails (that can be played right from the portal), recent phone activity, answering rules, and active phones. Users can also change the active answering rule here.
MESSAGES - This module is a more granular dive into voicemail messages and voicemail settings. There is also a chat history under the chat tab. The settings tab allow users customizable control over voicemail such as email options and listening to different greetings.
CONTACTS - Here a user can manage their own contacts. By default, it is populated with all the other extensions within the organization. Contacts can also be added, imported and exported here.
ANSWERING RULES - In the Answering Rules module, call flow can be manipulated as a user sees fit. Calls can be blocked, simultaneous ring can be disabled or enabled, and multiple call flow rules can be created.
TIME FRAMES - Time frames can be added here and are used in conjunction with other functions in the system. Other how-to articles go into more detail on how time frames can be used.
MUSIC ON HOLD - The hold music can be customized here.
CALL HISTORY - Any calls the user has made or received can be searched and exported.
Again this is a basic explanation of the portal and it's modules that each user has access to. There are multiple how-to articles that go much deeper into functionality these modules offer.
